DRIVEN REWARDS

PROGRAM TERMS & CONDITIONS

*Driven Rewards is a referral and client appreciation program offered by Driven Photography. The program is designed to thank the people who recommend Driven Photography and help introduce new clients to the Driven experience.

By joining or participating in Driven Rewards, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. ELIGIBILITY & MEMBERSHIP

Driven Rewards is free to join, and a previous purchase from Driven Photography is not required to participate.

Members must provide accurate contact information so Driven Photography can identify the member, maintain their Rewards balance, and communicate information related to the program.

Each participant may maintain one Driven Rewards account. Rewards accounts and credits are intended for individual use and may not be duplicated or combined with another participant's account.

2. WHAT COUNTS AS A QUALIFYING REFERRAL

A qualifying referral occurs when:

A new client is genuinely referred to Driven Photography by a Driven Rewards member;
The new client identifies the Rewards member who referred them before signing their contract;
The new client enters into an eligible agreement with Driven Photography;
The qualifying service is completed; and
All required payments for the qualifying booking have been satisfied.

For purposes of Driven Rewards, a new client is someone who has not previously completed a paid photography service with Driven Photography.

Following Driven Photography on social media, joining the email list, previously submitting an inquiry, or previously receiving information or pricing does not automatically disqualify someone from being considered a new client.

3. REFERRAL ATTRIBUTION

The referred client is responsible for identifying the person who referred them.

Referral attribution must be provided before the referred client's contract is signed.

If more than one person claims the same referral, Driven Photography will generally honor the individual identified by the referred client.

Referral claims cannot ordinarily be added or changed retroactively after contract signing.

No special referral link or referral code is required unless Driven Photography introduces one in the future.

4. CURRENT REWARD VALUES

Qualifying referrals currently earn:

$50 Driven Credit

Qualifying portrait, family, senior, engagement, or standard branding referral.

$100 Driven Credit

Qualifying commercial referral with an eligible contracted service subtotal of $1,500 or more.

$150 Driven Credit

Qualifying wedding referral.

Reward amounts are based on the qualifying service booked by the referred client.

Driven Photography may introduce additional qualifying categories, limited-time bonuses, promotions, or reward opportunities from time to time.

5. WHEN DRIVEN CREDIT IS EARNED

Driven Credit is not earned simply because someone submits an inquiry or signs a contract.

The applicable credit is issued after:

The referred client completes the qualifying service; and
All required payments associated with that qualifying booking have been satisfied.

Canceled, unpaid, refunded, fraudulent, disputed, or otherwise ineligible bookings do not qualify for Rewards credit.

6. STACKING DRIVEN CREDIT

Yes — Driven Credits stack.

Members may earn credit from multiple qualifying referrals, and there is currently no limit on the number of legitimate qualifying referrals a member may make.

For example:

$50 + $50 + $150 = $250 in Driven Credit.

Each individual credit retains its own issue date and expiration date.

7. USING DRIVEN CREDIT

Driven Credit may be applied toward eligible Driven Photography services and select eligible upgrades.

Unless otherwise specifically stated by Driven Photography, Rewards members may redeem Driven Credit for up to 50% of the eligible photography service subtotal for a single booking.

For example, if an eligible session is $500 and a member has $400 in available Driven Credit, up to $250 may be applied to that booking. The remaining eligible credit remains in the member's Rewards balance until it is used or expires.

Any amount not covered by Driven Credit remains subject to the payment terms associated with the applicable booking.

8. EXCLUDED PURCHASES & CHARGES

Unless Driven Photography specifically states otherwise for a particular offer, Driven Credit cannot be applied toward:

Retainers or booking fees;

Taxes;

Travel fees;

Third-party rentals or expenses;

Gift certificates or gift cards;

Previously completed services;

Previously paid balances;

Mini sessions;

Specially priced or promotional sessions;

Other products, services, fees, or offers specifically designated as ineligible.

Driven Photography may occasionally announce opportunities where Rewards Credit can be used toward an otherwise excluded event or promotion.

9. EXPIRATION OF DRIVEN CREDIT

Each Driven Credit expires 18 months from the date that individual credit is issued.

Credits earned at different times may therefore have different expiration dates.

Using one credit does not extend or reset the expiration date of another credit.

Any unused Driven Credit remaining after its applicable expiration date will be removed from the member's available Rewards balance.

10. NO CASH VALUE

Driven Credit is a promotional benefit and is not cash.

Driven Credit:

Has no cash value;

Cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash;

Cannot be refunded for cash;

Cannot be sold;

Cannot be used to create a cash refund or negative balance; and

Cannot be applied retroactively to previously completed or fully paid services.

11. TRANSFERS & COMBINING ACCOUNTS

Driven Credit belongs to the individual Rewards member who earned it.

Unless Driven Photography expressly approves an exception, Driven Credit is non-transferable and Rewards balances belonging to separate individuals or households cannot be combined.

12. SELF-REFERRALS & PROGRAM ABUSE

Members cannot earn referral credit for referring:

Themselves;

Duplicate or alternate accounts controlled by themselves; or

A business they own or control.

Driven Photography may deny, reverse, suspend, or remove Rewards benefits when there is reasonable evidence of fraud, misrepresentation, duplicate accounts, manipulation of referral attribution, or other abuse of the program.

13. CANCELLATIONS, REFUNDS & PAYMENT DISPUTES

A canceled or otherwise ineligible referred booking does not earn Driven Credit.

If a booking that generated Driven Credit is later refunded, reversed, charged back, determined to be fraudulent, or otherwise becomes ineligible, Driven Photography may remove the associated credit from the member's available Rewards balance.

14. MINI SESSIONS & PROMOTIONAL BOOKINGS

Clients who participate in mini sessions, limited events, or promotional offerings may still join Driven Rewards and may be eligible to earn referral credit by referring qualifying new clients.

However, Driven Credit generally cannot be redeemed toward mini sessions, specially priced events, or promotional offerings unless the specific offer states that Driven Rewards may be used.

15. REFERRED-CLIENT PERKS

Driven Photography may occasionally provide a benefit to qualifying clients who were referred through Driven Rewards.

Current eligible referred-client perks may include:

$25 print credit for qualifying standard bookings.

$50 print credit for qualifying wedding bookings.

Availability, eligibility, redemption requirements, expiration dates, and amounts may vary.

Referred-client perks are promotional benefits, have no cash value, and are separate from the Driven Credit earned by the referring Rewards member.

16. FUTURE PERKS & VIP BENEFITS

Driven Photography may introduce additional Rewards benefits in the future, including early access, member-only opportunities, client surprises, special events, bonuses, or VIP benefits.

References to future perks or benefits do not guarantee any particular benefit, value, eligibility requirement, frequency, or availability unless specifically announced by Driven Photography.

17. EMAILS & PROGRAM COMMUNICATIONS

Driven Photography may send members communications reasonably necessary to administer Driven Rewards, including information regarding referral status, earned credits, available balances, upcoming expiration dates, or changes to the program.

Promotional and marketing emails are subject to the member's applicable email preferences and consent.

Members may unsubscribe from marketing emails using the unsubscribe option included in those communications.

Unsubscribing from marketing emails does not automatically eliminate valid, unexpired Driven Credit already earned, although members remain responsible for keeping track of their applicable expiration dates.

18. PROGRAM CHANGES

Driven Photography may modify the Driven Rewards program, including future reward amounts, eligible services, redemption rules, benefits, or other program features.

Changes to future Rewards opportunities may be made at Driven Photography's discretion.

Valid Driven Credit already issued will generally remain subject to the terms applicable when it was earned, except where adjustment is reasonably necessary to correct an error, address fraud or abuse, comply with applicable law, or resolve circumstances outside Driven Photography's reasonable control.

19. PROGRAM SUSPENSION OR TERMINATION

Driven Photography reserves the right to pause or discontinue Driven Rewards.

If the program is discontinued, Driven Photography will make reasonable efforts to communicate how valid, previously issued Driven Credit will be handled.

Termination of an individual membership due to fraud, abuse, or violation of these terms may result in forfeiture of Rewards benefits.

20. AVAILABILITY & BOOKING

Membership in Driven Rewards and possession of Driven Credit do not guarantee photography availability or reservation of a particular date.

All photography bookings remain subject to Driven Photography's availability, applicable booking requirements, contracts, retainers, pricing, and service-specific terms.

21. RELATIONSHIP TO SERVICE AGREEMENTS

Driven Rewards does not replace or modify the terms of an individual photography contract, invoice, proposal, or service agreement.

If a Rewards-related provision conflicts with the terms governing a specific photography booking, the applicable service agreement controls matters relating to that booking.

22. QUESTIONS

Questions regarding Driven Rewards, referral attribution, available Rewards balances, or these terms may be directed to Driven Photography through its normal business contact channels.
